Shipping is included in the price of Whispers of ink (with no additional charge for international customers).
You can update your address, payment details and more from the subscription portal and cancel/pause your subscription at any time.
Please note - if you do not receive your 'Whispers of ink' letter by 4 weeks after the shipping date has elapsed, please get in touch with me via email petra.koyen@hotmail.be and I will re-send your letter. I am unfortunately unable to re-ship letters if you wait more than 2 months to contact me about the letter being missing.

To keep membership affordable, Wispers of ink Mail Club letters are shipped via regular postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
Mail is sent the first week of the following month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 28th. Orders placed after the 28th will receive the following month’s letter. (Ex: If you join March 1st-28th, your first letter will be the April edition, which ships during the first week of April. If you join after March 28th, your first letter will be the May edition)
By signing up, you agree to a recurring monthly charge and will be billed on the same day you initially subscribed. You can modify or cancel your subscription in the customer portal at any time.
